DAMAGED DELIVERIES:

All shipments are fully insured against damage while in transit.  If outside carton appears noticeably damaged, alert carrier at once.  If merchandise is damaged or items are missing contact Lacey Paraphernalia (216-228-5223) Immediately for instructions.  Carrier (UPS, U.S. Postal Service or Trucking Company) will be notified for inspection and pickup.  You must retain all shipping materials (carton, packaging, etc.) for inspection by carrier. DO NOT return product directly to Lacey Paraphernalia without " Return Authorization Number" (See returns section below) this will result in delayed replacement or reimbursement.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

Please call 216-228-LACE(5223) for Return authorization number.  We offer a refund within 10 days of receipt.  If you are not pleased kindly rewrap the item securely in its original packaging.  Item must be in re-sellable condition.  You will be reimbursed for item in the manner by which it was purchased (Shipping charges not refundable).  Customer pays all return shipping expenses.  Returns should be shipped to:
